Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and mobile number.
Move details: moving from and to addresses, move date and time, property type, inventory, services requested and any notes you provide.
Booking and payment information: quotes, deposits and invoices. Card payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our website.
Communications: messages you send us by web form, email, phone or SMS, and records of your SMS consent and opt-out requests.
Technical information: basic data collected automatically when you use our website, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

To prepare quotes, schedule and perform your move, and provide related services.
To contact you about your quote, booking, schedule changes, crew arrival, payments and customer support.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. 4. SMS Text Messaging

If you check the SMS consent box on our website or otherwise agree to receive texts from us, Maven Moving Inc. may send you text messages about your quote, booking, move scheduling, reminders and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.

5. Cookies
